30 familias de Villa Cañás firmaron ayer el boleto de compra-venta y participaron del taller para adjudicatarios, instancia previa a la entrega de las 45 viviendas construidas en el barrio de la exquinta Sfasciotti por la Municipalidad de Villa Cañás y el Gobierno de la provincia de Santa Fe.
La jornada se desarrolló en las instalaciones del Club Argentino de Servicio (CAS) y contó con la presencia del intendente Norberto Gizzi y de dos escribanas, representantes del área Comercial y del área Social y del inspector de obra pertenecientes a la Dirección Provincial de Vivienda y Urbanismo.
Durante el encuentro, las familias adjudicatarias pudieron avanzar con los trámites correspondientes y recibir información vinculada a la futura entrega de sus hogares, dando un paso fundamental hacia el sueño de la casa propia.
